At Eclipse Sample Sales, we strive to provide exclusive access to luxury fashion at exceptional prices; however, due to the limited nature of our events, all sales are final unless otherwise stated. Items eligible for return must be unworn, with all original designer tags attached, and processed within 14 days of delivery.

Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer labels and security tags remain intact and untampered.

Ship the Return

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location within 48 hours of label generation.

Quality Inspection & Refund

Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the garment, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus a standard restocking fee.
